How configurable?

Almost nothing is hardcoded.

MyRoster bends to your facility, not the other way round. You set the words, the windows, the rules and who-can-do-what - and the whole product reads your way, everywhere.

  • Role names and tiers - rename the labels staff see; build custom roles with their own permission mix.
  • Shift windows - AM / PM / Night, or your own: a 12-hour Day / Night, an extra Twilight or Sleepover. Set each window's times.
  • Wings and areas - name them to match your building.
  • Coverage targets and staffing rules - set role / credential minimums per shift, or build your own rules from generic building blocks.
  • Forms and documents - build your own staff forms (inductions, supervision notes, competency sign-offs, policy acknowledgements) and assign them to staff to complete.
  • Permissions, pay-rate visibility, features - flip what each role can see and do; turn features on or off.
