WorkOn Health is in supervised pilot with a single residential aged-care operator while we finish the residential surface. If you operate a New Zealand rest home or hospital-level facility and want to be considered for the next pilot cohort, write to us.

If you are a manager, owner or staff member at a facility that already uses WorkOn Health, use the in-product Help drawer after signing in. Your facility's designated support contact is the fastest route for account, roster or timesheet questions.

Privacy and data requests

For NZ Privacy Act 2020 access, correction, or deletion requests, write to privacy@workon.co.nz with the subject line "Privacy". See the privacy page for the full statement.

Security disclosures

If you have identified a security issue, please email security@workon.co.nz with reproduction details. Do not include customer data or sample credentials in the report; we will request those over a separately authenticated channel if needed.
