1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using https://myroster.health, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Nature of Service & Disclaimers

A Planning Tool, Not an Authority

MyRoster.Health is a workforce rostering and scheduling tool. It is not a compliance, regulatory, legal, payroll, or clinical system, and it does not provide legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice.

• Illustrative Data:Any labels, targets, indicators, estimates, or projections produced by the system are illustrative and depend entirely on the information you enter. You remain solely responsible for your facility's compliance with all applicable laws, awards, agreements, and standards, and for verifying any figure before you rely on it.
• Planning Only: Estimates and projections are for planning purposes only and are based entirely on the inputs you provide. They are not payroll, financial, or staffing advice, and they do not determine actual pay, hours, cost, or adequacy.
• Targets & Indicators: Coverage targets and staffing indicators are advisory tools you configure. Meeting or missing a target in MyRoster does not establish, prove, or disprove compliance with any law, standard, or funding requirement.
• Payroll tools: MyRoster provides optional, configurable tools that calculate pay, deductions and payslips from the rates and rules you enter. MyRoster is not a payroll provider, tax agent, or adviser. It does not lodge or file with IRD or the ATO on your behalf, and does not guarantee any figure. Figures are derived solely from your inputs. You are responsible for configuring the rules, verifying every output against your own records before paying staff, and meeting your obligations. MyRoster accepts no liability for reliance on outputs.
• Independence: MyRoster is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or acting for any regulator, government department, funding body, union, or standards organisation, and it does not transmit data to any such body.

3. No Medical Advice or Health Data Processing

Important: The myRoster platform is designed for workforce rostering and scheduling management. This Site and the associated SaaS product do not process, store, or manage medical health records, clinical data, or patient information. By using this Site, you acknowledge that you are not submitting sensitive health data.

4. Communication Policy

By submitting an inquiry form, you agree that we may contact you only to respond to your specific request. We do not send marketing communications, newsletters, or promotional materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MYROSTER LIMITED or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, MYROSTER LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site.
• Reliance on Estimates:Any reliance you place on estimates, projections, or indicators generated by the system, which are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

Note: Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters where exclusion is prohibited by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
